What’s your shipping policy?

Shipping is fast and free. We ship orders placed before 3:30 PM PST / 6:30 PM EST the same day Monday – Friday excluding postal holidays.

Shipments outside of the United States should typically arrive within 6-9 business days but may take longer depending on your local customs processing time. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. The tracking information doesn’t always update during this phase, but fear not, it is still in transit!

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please submit a support request to info@conveyorrolls.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to change it for you, but we can’t guarantee anything in this case as orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number.

At any time you can view your order and check the shipping status.
