Returns & Refunds

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality LED Grow Lights, but the item you received might not perform as expected by the time it’s delivered or after a time for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, you may ask us for a replacement or a refund. Please first check whether they can work well when you receive your order.

1. 7 Days Money Back Guarantee

We have a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our products from the date you received them without any reason. You should return the item in its original condition to us. After receiving the returned items, we will offer you a refund, excluding the shipping fees already incurred. Please note that returned parcel will have clearance risks and related fees when it arrives in China. If so, we have to deduct the fees from the refund. I hope you can understand.

2. 30 Days Limited Warranty

Each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from purchase.

To be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 30 days of the original purchase. The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Note: Some manufacturers require the warranty card included in the package to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents immediately.

All “Dead on Arrivals” (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them; you must check within the period and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

If you would like to submit a request for a refund, replacement, or exchange, please get in touch with us by email at info@conveyorrolls.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements will be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

3. Return Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customers are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments for the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
